Shaina was amazing, from my initial calls to my visit, great service. I would recommend getting a few patio chairs for outside the waiting area. With covid I am not comfortable waiting inside with the other customers and ended up sitting on the sidewalk outside, but it would have been nice to have a chair 🙂
They did a great job of working with me they was friendly, helpful they made should that i was comfortable with what was going on about everything.
Everyone was very kind, very profesional. My sales man Marco was great to work with, professional. It was after hours when we closed the deal and everyone I dealt with continued their profesionalism and kindness to the very end. Marco even moved everything from my old car to the new one while I was finishing the paperwork. He went above and beyond what I expected. Sam was great. Real nice person to work with.

Auto service was done within the time frame mentioned at time of appointment. The free car wash is always appreciated. I like it that the service area is now in my “backyard” so to speak. A lot more convenient.
I've been going to the Evanston Nissan Service Center since I got my 2013 Juke until present when I got my 2017 Rogue. Honestly, this is the first time I really had good service on my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They even changed the windshield sticker for my next oil change. Usually, they forgot those and some other minor things. I think its because it was not too busy during the Covid-19. I just hope the service center can keep the same service same way when everything is back to normal. No over booking and let you ...
Great job in the service department! Very professional and knowledgeable staff. All work was done promptly and perfectly. My car came back cleaner than it went into the shop.
